Refund policy

At Glow by Poonam, we aim to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, please review our specific return and refund guidelines below.

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Eligibility & Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent disputes and ensure the validity of return claims, customers must provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the unboxing of the product. This video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product as it is removed from the packaging. Without this recording, your return request will be denied.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with your unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and inspected, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (COD Orders)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Note on COD Refunds: Since your original payment was made via Cash on Delivery, refunds cannot be credited back to a card. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit. You will be asked to provide your bank account details securely once your return is approved.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
